By accessing and using the Health Mediation platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Tiers and Pricing

The Service offers multiple tiers at different price points. Prices are approximate and displayed in EUR. The initial consultation (up to 15 minutes) is provided free of charge. Paid services are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

4. User Accounts

Client accounts are provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Health Mediation provides mediation and translation services only. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. The specialist profile information on our platform is provided for informational purposes only.

6. Document Handling

Documents uploaded to the platform are stored securely with AES-256 encryption. You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Health Mediation permission to access them for the purpose of providing mediation services.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Refund requests should be directed to info@healthmediation.bg and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Mediation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Health Mediation platform are the property of Health Mediation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
